[User Guidelines]

* Subjects of reporting
– Irregularities, corruption, sexual harassment, bribery, entertainment, etc. related to the work of executives and employees
– Illegal or improper use of company assets
– Acts that damage the company’s image and reputation
– Any business conduct that violates the code of ethics
– Requests for handling personal business-related grievances, such as unfair instructions within the company

* Reporting method and processing procedures
– You can report using your real name, or anonymously.
– Please write the report content as specifically as possible in accordance with the 5W1H principle.
– If you report inaccurate information or false facts, it will not be processed as a complaint.
– The reporting investigation period may take at least seven to 10 days or more, depending on the internal investigation procedure.

* Informant(Whistleblower) protection
– When reporting under their real name, their identity will not be disclosed without their consent.
– When reporting under one’s real name, the protection of the informant is based on the principle of submitting the informant’s real name and accurate evidence.
– If you report corruption related to yourself when reporting your real name, it will be handled according to extenuating circumstances.
– When reporting anonymously, your personal information will be strictly protected and processed.

(However, in the case of slander not based on facts, or reports or complaints related to personal privacy, the informant may be excluded from protection.)
